The Troy

Located in a vibrant area of Boston, the Troy is a residential project catering to a young and active population.

The project has been designed to introduce indoor and outdoor social experiences at every opportunity. Each floor is unique in program and design. The third floor includes a large pool deck complete with a fire pit, terraced seating, swimming pool, feature lighting, cabanas and screened dog run. On higher floors, there are flowering trees that cover carved out living spaces for grilling and dining. Intimate seating nooks with fireplaces capture the unmatched views of downtown Boston and the historic South End district.
